It was a little confusing to start with as Courtyard and Elements hotels share the building and the Elements reception is on the 2nd floor of hotel. That said the hotel reception staff were amazing and the rooms were spacious, clean and up to date. Any interactions with staff were great and would gladly go back again.

When first arriving i was a little confused on the location of the check in desk (2nd floor), but i was easily pointed in the right direction. The woman who checked me in was so incredibly welcoming and kind. Explained everything to me about parking, the elevators, gym, and breakfast. Everyone at breakfast were constantly around cleaning up the tables and talking to everyone. When I say I have NEVER been to a nicer hotel I really mean it. The staff hands down are the heart of this hotel and the hotel is also beautiful and so clean.

Great Sleep!
We love this hotel. We’ve stayed many times now to move our nephews into GATech. It’s located perfectly, the beds are dreamy, the noise level is silent and the blackout curtains really work. We will definitely continue to stay here every time we come to ATL. Highly recommend.

Booked this stay, drove 6+ hours and arrived at 10:30pm to check in, received the wrong room, went back to desk and they did not have the room I booked and paid for. I have attempted to reach out to the manager multiple times, have yet to hear back on the refund for not only the booking of $218, but also the $50 deposit and parking garage fees. I would never recommend Element to anyone traveling to Atlanta.
