We went down to the bar for my husband to get a beer. They had no draft beer because all of the draft was out. We only got 2 towels in our room and we had 5 people in a suite. They finally brought towels and sheets for the sofa bed. The second day house keeping never came and when I called the front desk to get towels so we could take showers that night there was no answer so I went down there. They told me they were waiting on towels and it would be later that night. I ended up having to go to the pool area and get towels from there myself. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in it. My daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. This is one hotel we will not be staying at again. For the price of the rooms it really needs a lot of improvements

Hidden Gem with hidden fees.
Amazing hotel and stay just too many hidden fees not disclosed by hotels.com. Someone please help me understand why we still allow hotels to charge us to park when we’re staying at their facilities yet hotels.com doesn’t disclose that rate. I would recommend hotel for any type of travel.

Housekeeping was awful. Shampoo and conditioner was empty, never refilled. Only a two bath towels. By night four they only gave us a total four hand towels and our one dirty bath towel. No wash cloths, bath mat, or additional bath towels. Desk said they were having a problem. Asked to speak to a manager. They said there was no one available, but that they were hiring a new general manager. Asked for four days to get the safe working. Each day they said it "was on the list", but it was never fixed. No ironing board to use with their iron, one was delivered on day 3. They said a manager would contact us, but no one did. Each time we went into the parking deck there seemed to be someone smoking something in a dark corner. Employees perhaps? The room was in need of a good cleaning and touchup repairs. I have stayed at Embassy Suites before, including this one, where the facility was clean and well managed. This has become a location of a lesser quality than deserving the Hilton brand.

Perfect stay
Beautiful hotel close to everything! Service was excellent. Spacious suite with two tv’s and a comfortable bed. The breakfast food hot and fresh every day. The happy hour was excellent with a nice selection of snacks. I door pool and fitness center on site. $100 per night deposit but was returned quickly I will never stay anywhere else.now!

Our experience was disappointing. The guests above us were very loud, and despite notifying the front desk, no action was taken to address the issue. Additionally, the bathroom sink was not properly cleaned, as there was still hair left behind. To make matters worse, the hotel frequently ran out of washcloths and towels, which was inconvenient. Overall, it fell short of expectations.

Tv, lamp nor phone worked. The internet service went out and there was no tech on duty at the time. The bathroom sliding door was impossible. I had to brace myself on the wall just to pull the door open and closed and use all my strength. The handle on the bathroom door was broke off, probably from it being so bad off track. The toilet handle was cracked. If not careful it could pinch your fingers. Not worth the $205 1 day stay.

Staycation disappointment
Checked in late. Staff was definitely overwhelmed. Key cards to rooms didn't work so maintenance had to take you up. Asked why even give the card and they couldn't answer. Room was comfy but for the details that I am accustomed to for Embassy Suites they missed the bar. Filthy curtains, pillows had stains, mold around shower tub and couch in the room was very soiled

Not quite the experience I was expecting. The bar wasn’t welcoming nor was the bartender. It also wasn’t clean enough and the food was decent. The room was clean but the bed was horrible! The mattress has definitely seen better days and probably should be retired.

It was a great stay! We enjoyed the pool although i wish it would’ve been warmer, water was ice. I appreciate how nice the staff was!

My car was broken into in the car garage along with many other guest. The next morning at check out I spoke with the manager about the matter. He was very rude and was not apologetic at all. Just reminded me I didn't get charged for parking. My family and I had to drive 5 hours home with out a back window. When I called to speak to a district manager she hung up on me. I'm a Pastor and took my family to Atlanta for the first time only for them to have the worse experience ever. I thought Embassy was a very nice and safe hotel to stay in but now I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. We were treated very very poorly. Worst hotel ever.

Decent stay
My first room apparently had not been serviced. There were personal items in the room belonging to someone else. The 2nd room was better, however, the toilet didn't flush properly and the water pressure in the sink was really low. Housekeeping only left one bath towel. When I inquired at the front desk I was told that they were out of towels and would get some to me later that night or in the morning. I never received them. The breakfast and the bartender were great. Gym equipment was good-needs a larger exercise ball and the others need air.
