This is our second stay within a month and I’ve been very pleased each time! The ya hard finding hotels that are clean and have great customer service and this hotel has both!! The breakfast is pretty good as well. Anytime we visit here, this will be the only hotel I will be staying at.

I’ve stayed in this property for weekly work trips multiple times. Most of the staff are very kind and accommodating, but one particular desk clerk, Nyemia has been quite standoffish to me during any attempted checkin process. She has consistently told me they had no rooms available and to come back later for check in, while actually encouraging me to cancel the reservation and contact management. I’ve never asked to speak to a manager, yet she has consistently tried to refer me. I’ve also made every attempt to be kind and ensure that I wasn’t trying to be abrasive or inconvenient. Upon finally being able to check in yesterday, she was present, but made absolutely sure someone else would handle the intake. I do like the property and amenities, but won’t be returning as it seems she has taken to have a personal vendetta against me.
