First, the staff at this hotel was awesome, sans for one dude that was a bit rude, but I had no more interactions with him which was good. TEE the manager was fantastic, eventhough I had issues with my first room (clogged toilet 2 time within 3 day, and the second room (fridge was hot and a handle was off the shower, and the third room which had the smell of cat urine, but me and my friend kept that room though the pocket door came off track and stayed that way the remainder of the time I was there. All in all I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was not half bad either, LOVED the bacon, cinnamon rolls and the cranberry juice!!!

It's a very bad experience. It's hard to open and close the bathroom door and the door lock did not work. There's a smoke smell in the room. The front desk couldn't help to address this. The door lock did not work and I had up and down more than 3 times for that and it's a bad customer experience with the front desk for check-in and help with this issue.

The hotel gave me a hard time about my chime card which is attached to the hotels.com app. They said i could not use because of their hotel policies about banking institutions allowable.(the deposit given most likely) and i selected to pay on property. But if hotels.com policies(what card can be used etc) conflict with paying at property policies then this makes for a problem. At the end of the day they charged the virtual card provided by hotels.com in connection with my chime card. Maybe the hotel lady was just rude.

It was ok until my wife showed me a live bedbug on a pillow that i had to kill, I wasn’t able to sleep well because of that. When i told the front clerk in the morning they didn’t seem too concerned, I will think twice about this brand in the future
