I paid for a room with view but got a room with nothing could be seen around. The blanket had red stains. Inform the front desk but nothing was done. While checkout the front desk was rude to explain one charge and even after seeing extra chage was not able to understand and finally took off after my repitative question.

The rooms were very small for the price. There wasn’t microwave in the room, you had to go down to the lobby where they had 1 microwave for the all the guests. If you do want a refrigerator, it has to be requested at check in. Very mediocre, probably won’t stay again.

The location and property are great. Upon arrival, I paid for 2 nights and incidentals. The 2nd night I went to the front desk to purchase 2 waters from the shop- i was told by the same front desk agent that they did not have me registered at the hotel. After a few min she found me in her system but said I had not paid. I reminded her that she had swiped my card when I checked in the night before. She said she had no record of it. I gave her my card again- she charged me 1 nights stay and $150 incidentals. When I questioned the amount- she didn’t know why. I went to my room and checked my account- to see the full 2 nights w incidentals had already hit my account from the night before. The next am when I went to check out- the desk agent could not find that I had already paid… twice. There was no one there to fix this- so I had to leave to go home- and now am hoping I can get this fixed. I’m not feeling confident.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel itself is in a great location downtown near everything. You can walk. There are a lot of homeless outside of the hotel. This area is full of homeless and strange looking people honestly. As far as the hotel our only issue was the parking. We were offered valet and self parking and we chose self parking but to self park it is in a building behind the hotel that you cannot find on your own. We parked in the wrong lot and paid much more than what we was told it would cost to self park. The gentleman at the front desk had no idea of what was communicated to us about the dual parking fees. Poor communication on the part of the hotel. Other than those things it was a good stay.

In the heart of Downtown!
Convenient to everything in downtown. Clean facilities. Parking for check in and self-parking were confusing, expensive and VERY difficult!! Had a minor maintenance issue and staff were prompt in resolving the issue.

I've stayed here twice with no issue. The hotel restaurant sucks , but the staff are always friendly and the hotel is central to the downtown area. Its my go to place for anything I'm doing in ATL .
