Great base for Merecedes-Benz Stadium, Aquarium, and other Atlanta adventures. Room and hotel were clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking costs extra but was very convenient and easy for in and out.

System was down still from cyber issue from Microsoft at checkin. No keys available so they had to walk us to our room. They handled it well. Towels were thin and scratchy. Would like to have 4 pillows per bed so it’s 2 per person. Night 2 bar was closed before 9. Night worker said bartender left bc it was slow. Well our event at Mercedes stadium just ended and lots of returning people wanted to get a cocktail. Also, needed change for valet. Same girl refused to break my hundred but 10 minutes later she went and got change for someone who purchased something and I saw the whole thing. Breakfast was fine.

Overall it was fine.
Location was great. Room was meh- stains on couch which was gross. Check in was fine. Check out/ valet was annoying and very slow. Called down to “speedy checkout” was told to leave a VM but then the VM box was full. The. Called front desk to let them know we needed our car they said no problem. Went down to valet no one was there. Waited for 10 minutes went to front desk was told to go back. Just seemed lazy.

Very clean and comfortable room. Walking distance to Mercedes Benz stadium and plenty of food options. Pet friendly for a hefty fee of $75. Parking was a bit pricey as well and only valet option.

My Hyatt Place Atlanta Stay
My Hyatt Place Stay was wonderful! The staff when checking in were very polite, and very informative not only about the property, but the surrounding area restaurants and sites. The room was very clean, stocked with plenty of linen. Our tv signal wasn’t very good, but it didn’t matter because we were so tired when we returned to the room! In the future, Hyatt properties will be our choice for hotel stays!

You are charged an extra $45 per day for parking, although the hotel has parking available, You are paying the same amount as none guest for parking. Construction around the hotel in the days and you can hear a lot of vibration at nights. Breakfast is not really good and very limited. Only plus was the staff were very professional and location was central to all the city's attractions.
