Hotel staff were very professional, like all Singapore very clean, if you have a layover of more than 5 hours its worth it to get a shower, a comfortable bed and a meal included in the price. Very happy with stay.

I stayed at Aerotel Singapore on 15/09 and had an appalling experience from start to finish! Upon check-in, I was suddenly asked to pay an extra $72 for my 2 kids. I had called in July and spoken to Paul or Peter, who assured me that it would be fine for my kids to share our bed – no mention of extra fees! When I tried to explain this to the front office staff, I was met with blank stares and zero help. Utterly unprofessional and unethical practice! The room itself was a joke for the price. It was super warm – I had to request a fan, and while I appreciated getting one, when you’re paying $300 a night, you expect a functioning air-conditioning system. I don’t care if it’s “regulated by the airport” – this should be clearly advertised! To make things worse, the bathroom smelled like bad drainage, and one of the plugs near the bed wasn’t working, leaving me with no choice but to charge my phone one by one. Completely unacceptable! The only redeeming feature was breakfast, which was good – but even that couldn’t save this nightmare of a stay. This hotel is an absolute ripoff. I’ve stayed at the Crowne Plaza before, and trust me, that’s where you should go. Aerotel is only for desperate situations – I left fuming and will never stay here again!

Very convenient location. Front desk staff are friendly & helpful. However the condition of the property needs better maintenance. Shower case door cannot be closed properly when taking shower. Bathroom floor was bit of sticky.

If you're a light sleeper or need any kind of peace and quiet, steer clear of this place. The rooms are tiny, more like pods than actual hotel rooms, and the soundproofing is terrible. You’ll hear every door slam, conversation, and even sneezes from neighboring rooms as if they’re right next to you. It's only worth considering if you have no other choice during a long layover and can tolerate the noise and cramped space. Otherwise, you're better off looking elsewhere.

This was a great room booked for the 12 hour transit through Singapore airport. It was easy to get to from terminal 3. Exiting the airport to go on a quick excursion was no issue at all. The gentleman who checked us in at 515 AM was so helpful and pleasant to work with. The hotel also gives you access to a pool with large pool deck lounge restaurant and bar. The room came with two full size beds which was perfect for me and my travel companion. Bonus was the room also came with a free meal that could be either breakfast or lunch/dinner. The price seemed a little steep for 12 hours but the convenience of it all made it very worthwhile. would highly recommend.

Wonderful oasis in the middle of terminal 1. The room itself has no natural light, but we expected that. Only steps away, the outdoor pool and bar has an abundance of natural light and air (and a good pool). Added bonus of the pleasant lounge, and library with tea and coffee, as well as gym. Included meal in our 12 hour stay was delicious. The whole facility is way better than the Qantas Club.
