The property was very very clean, quiet. I was in a bit of a jam with my flights, and Lisa and the front desk was very very helpful with my accommodations.

So when we initially checked in I let the front desk agent know the room had a faint smoke smell but we had been traveling for hours so I took it upon myself to open windows to air it out. The front desk agent (his name starts with a J)was very helpful. Breakfast is on 2 hours from 7 am - 9 am and it gets really busy due to there not being a whole lot of time to get breakfast. Our first day there we tried to go to breakfast and the kids were irritated because it was so early. I have never stayed at a hotel who didn't have longer breakfast hours. Also the breakfast attendants were very rude. One of them told another guest that they had too much food on their plate. Also the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned as I found a incent in the bathroom over the toilet. We stayed in 432 and I could tell the door had been kicked in prior because it was hard to lock during our stay. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa and when I went downstairs they had no blankets and only the sheet so my godson was cold thru the night. Other than that the room was spacious enough to accommodate my family needs. Also we were charged for parking but when my sister came to the property she asked for a parking pass so she would not be towed and was told by and agent they just charge the guest for parking. I never saw anyone riding around the parking lot checking cars so not sure what the $5 dollar a day charge is for. I wouldn't stay again just due to the breakfast staff and the hours.

Decent property due to a safe, convenient and quiet environment, as well as the friendly staff. However, there were a few issues. I always sanitize/disinfect the room and take photos prior to unpacking belongings. When plugging in a cord, the wall outlet cover came off the wall, we noticed that there was hair in various places including the bathtub and refrigerator of all places. The disinfectant wipes indicated plenty of residue from prior guests, which is not something you’d expect from a properly cleaned room.

The night manager was not helpful and unfriendly, and slow. The room could have been cleaner and didn't come with sheets for the pull out bed which was a problem at 2:00 in the morning.

Not great. Not very clean. Bug happy to share our leftover dinner trash in kitchenette area all night. Could not use the pull out sofa bed due to stains & small dead bug on the mattress. Trash and items left on the look. Carpets stained. Furniture was visibly dusty and dirty. Trash bags left in hallways all night since check-in. Smell of Marijuana in hallways. I will say the beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff checking in was strange and not customer service oriented at all. Staff upon check out was wonderful though. I would not recommend staying here.

This is a nice property. It is located in an area close to shopping. The front desk staff was phenomenal. However, the furniture in the room was a little outdated. I understand that it was a holiday week, but I wish housekeeping would have come at least one day before the day we checked out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
