It is an excellent property for the price and has a very attentive staff. I would only make one change, which would be to paint the pool deck a lighter color, as the dark grey made it so that you needed shoes so as not to burn your feet.

A unique hotel to stay at
It was the wonderful hotel to stay. I loved everything except for these things. The sliding doors from the bathroom were heavy. The pillows were small; I had to use 2 sometimes 3 to make myself comfortable.

Where do I begin? Please do not go to this place, sleep in your car or on the street before you book this disgusting establishment. Bugs, TV and phones dont work for call to the front desk or better yet to 911. The people who work here are very dangerous and will overprice and overcharge you now and later. You leave and they find lies to keep your deposit and will even charge you for days that you never stayed. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Elevator not working, room wasn't cleaned
When I arrived, I asked if there was an elevator. I was informed by the front desk that there wasn't one. When I walked to my room, I saw there was an elevator with a sign that it wasn't working due to renovations. I stayed there two nights and the room wasn't cleaned on night one. I called Hotels.com to complain. They contacted the hotels which claimed that they had an elevator on the other side and my room was cleaned. This is inaccurate information and not what actually happened. I am not happy with the manager provided inaccurate info. I highly recommend not staying at this place. The outdoor appearance is not ideal.

Didn't stay! Had to go outdoors through an obstacle course like walkway with a stacked carry cart looking for elevator to get to room. Only to find out it was on another side of the building. Mind you it was hot outdoors. Drug smelling stairways. Room area was nasty had empty alcohol bottles around. Lady at front desk was very new. We waited over 20 minutes trying to reach manager by phone. Canceled reservation. Had to shop around fir other hotels. The whole experience was horrible.

The breakfast !! Although the front desk clerk told me one thing about the breakfast but when i got up to eat breakfast there was no sausage but the chefs over the breakfast made it happen and i appreciate it which madw my stay flawless Oh and the i nternet went down about midnight Thank God i brought my laptop
