Disappointed that our room that was allocated to us had a soaking wet floor under the desk area. Water in the rubbish bin as well. Rubbish on the floor so not sure the room had been cleaned completly. However we contacted reception who sent a staff member and we were allocated another room. Very happy with this new room, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.

We all loved staying here family of 4 Best customer service catering to my little girl who is very particular about food the made her something she would eat and a yummy milkshake also. Dining experience was amazing food was delicious staff were so friendly chef was so nice he make a special effort for us with my daughter. Loved his dinner menu. Breakfast was also really well done loved the full buffet 👌 Beds were very comfy and slept with windows open air con did take a while to get cold but that was the only negative.

The pool area was fantastic, great if you have children. as was the bar/cafe area. Dinner buffet was below average, service was ok one lady who looked she was a manager was quite rude and short with me. & we had a slight problem on the Saturday afternoon with our room keys not working which was abit of a pain. Room in general was average - bathroom quite grotty could use an upgrade and good clean.

Staff were lovely don't get me wrong, we requested a plug for the bath a number of times only once did a plug come but it was for a sink so didnt fit. It was safe to say no bath was taken

It was great being so close to the Airport meaning from getting our luggage to checking in after a short Uber ride was nice and fast so we could unwind after the flight. Public transport into Auckland central seemed to involve multiple busses and ended up being a long journey. Coming back we got a train to Otahuhu and an uber from there which was easy. The Hotel was very night with a nice garden area around the pool with comfortable seating to eat or have a drink outdoors. The room facilities were very good - Its not a brand new high rise but the bed was great, very good TV and the bathroom comfortable and clean. I'd definitely stay here again - We went to a concert on the evening we arrived so being close to Mt Smart/Go Media stadium was very handy.

Great place to stay. Really nice feel - lots of people around the pool and bar areas makes it feel a bit like a holiday hotel. Room was great and breakfast as well. Highly recommend.
