The room was clean. I had a problem with the heating system and they put us in another room. Staff was friendly. The restaurant was amazing. Made to order. The lounge was good. Had karaoke Saturday night, all were friendly.

The receptionist Omar greeted me with a smile and joking personality. My room was clean. The food was good and I really enjoyed karaoke that was held in the lounge area.
