Has gone downhill the past couple of years

I have stayed here every summer for the past couple of years and when I started staying here, I really enjoyed it, but each stay since 2022 has gotten worse. I like this hotel because of the views, the balcony, its a quiet area away from the madness of the boardwalk, and the convenience of having a kitchen so I can cook my own food instead of spending money to go out to eat. I also like where it is situated because it's quiet and its near the beginning of the beach where I can enjoy the beach without the crowd. Before this week, I last visited in 2023. During that visit, we opened up the sofabed where my daughter was going to sleep and there was a crackpipe. Then the AC wasn't working and they sent someone upstairs to fix it 3 times until finally they decided to switch our room. As for this week, the front desk staff was not friendly at all. They don't give extra blankets, sheets etc for the sofabed and do not change dirty towels. There was a dirty diaper and garbage on the ice machine. (See pic attached). It is frustrating that where I once enjoyed this hotel and its perfect location, I will never return.

My children ages 22 months, 7 and 8, my mother and I gad a good time here. My kids liked the pool. I do wish the pool was open later, maybe til 10pm or 11pm and 11pm-12pm or 1am for the adults. I only have 2 issues. First, this really bothered me the most (my mother calmed me down from this one)... While I was still in the condo with my son, she went to the pool area with my daughters. While there, one of my daughters was cold and wanted to sit at the jacuzzi( as she did with me the day before without any issues). One of the male employees yelled at my daughter from across the room telling her to get out of the jacuzzi. I arrived to the pool minutes later and my mother told me what happened. By then that male employee was gone. I was livid! I read the pool signs and rules and none of them stated that kids were not permitted in or near the jacuzzi/hot tubs. What really pissed me off even more is the look of fear that my baby had when I went straight to jacuzzi and told her to sit with me. She was looking at the door as if that male employee would come back. Me being her father, I made sure to comfort her because she shouldn't have felt that way in general. My second issue was that when i asked for blankets and sheets for the fold out bed, it only came with a then blanket and one pillow. When I asked for another pillow they said only one was allowed. Doesn't make any sense at all. Please do better!

Check-in time was slated to be 4 pm, but upon arriving at my room at 5:33 pm, housekeeping was still in the process of cleaning (picture attached.) Location is not good. In a bad area of Atlantic City. You need to walk a significant distance to even get to a remotely decent area of the boardwalk at the Ocean Casino. The only on-site restaurant is closed on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. They don't offer any coffee in the lobby. Only one coffee pack provided in the room which makes 1 cup of coffee. Called housekeeping, and they refused to provide any extra coffee packs. I then saw a couple housekeeping staff in the hallway, and they gladly gave me a few packs after I asked. The value for your money here is just not great. We did attempt contacting the hotel through Orbitz customer service about a partial refund as hotels normally always charge an early check-in fee, but they refused. Hopefully they will be able to improve on that customer service, and would be a good idea to have your restaurant on the 6th floor always open for breakfast.

Great Hotel

We really were very happy with our stay at "Flagship" ! It is in a very good location. We took advantage of the (free parking) at the beach, 5 min. from our hotel. The pool area may just need to be organized a little bit better. The attendant did his best to keep it up. Loved the "elevator" system ! We do plan on coming backc.

My family and I love the peace and quiet that the property provides the convenience of shopping. The boardwalk, casinos, and different areas of the beach were awesome. Parking was extremely convenient and priced very well.

Check in was at 4, and was told by the rude staff that Hotels .com overbooked the stay so my family will not have a room available. After speaking with the manager, we were able to check in around 6pm. Do to overcrowding, the elevators were slow
