Friendly staff and good service, but the rooms and overall look of the hotel need an overhaul, with better functionality and fresh decor. Elevators, showers, and toilets are very dated and operate slowly.

I like this hotel because I never had an issue the rooms are decent. Not fancy but you feel comfortable to sleep in the bed and shower. Bathroom is clean and sheets are always white and clean. This is always my to go option when the prices in the resorts/casino are too high.

Tuesday-Thursday, I did not expect much noise but there was a dog barking on my floor and small children screaming continuously The room was comfortable except for some things out of date in the bathroom. Also, I saw some mold/ mildew underneath thr vanity in the bathroom.

We did not stay there. We gave 2 days advance warning that we needed to postpone our room stay to March because of Covid. I was told that we would receive an email on the day we were technically supposed to check out with information on postponement, and it never came. I felt brushed off.

We liked the pool , we liked that we were about 4 miles to all the restaurants and not far from the beach ! There were some things cosmetic and the hair dyer or outlet didn’t work , the beds were to small for us and they were to firm . There were young kids above us was super loud at 6 am . The breakfast was great !

The only good thing about our trip was the hotel pool. That was it. The room smelled horrible the bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was nothing special. I don’t see how it was a Ramada inn. It seemed like Ramada bought a run down motel and just put their name in it. Never again
