I love how it’s convenient to almost anything that you’d need; (food, clothing, gas, etc.) The staff are very helpful and outgoing. And the prices are affordable. All together, a very nice hotel.

This property is filled with permanent residents. Room smelled like smoke. My check was horrible. Management was rude with a nasty nice demeanor. I booked a room and was told my room wasn’t available. After the front desk attendant explained what happened. The management refused to talk to me at first. I was downgraded to room that took about an hour to get ready. I arrived at after 4:30pm. I should have found another hotel. The walls were thin I could hear everything.

So many roaches in my room I didn’t even stay for the 2 nights I payed for. I just drove 2 hours both ways home as I would rather do that then get sick and bring filth back home to my own bed. Not to mention I booked 2 rooms for me and my team and upon arrival it took and hour and a half to check me in. Also upon booking I was sent 5 “we can’t wait to see you” emails and when I get there they inform me they need 50$ cash PER room which was never mentioned anywhere. Of course they have no atm on property too 😭. Just shut it down.

I booked 2 nights at this location,I waited in line for 30 minutes only to find out that they didn’t have WiFi,phone or cable and there was a 25$ deposit fee and they were only accepting cash which I didn’t have the lady said she would cancel it but I was still charged and I haven’t received any refund yet and it’s been 8 days
