Area seemed seem economically depressed; only 1 walkable rest rainy the other was closed down and seemed like it has been broken into by homeless at times. Would not stay here again unless necessary for business or there was nothing else

We stayed here for 4 nights. Our AC didn’t work the first night and we didn’t have a mini fridge in our room. We were moved to a different room the 2nd night, which had a mini fridge and the AC worked great. Our third night, we got a call at 5:15 AM to let us know that my husband’s truck had been broken into, they busted out the passenger window and went through the console and glove box. We later found out that around 15 other vehicles in the hotel parking lot had been broken into and 1 car had been stolen, as well as several other hotels had the same thing happen. The hotel only has 1 security camera in the parking lot, which is insane and we were told that this happens frequently because of the hotels location off of IH 35. There had been break ins Tuesday, which was the night before our arrival, as well as the weekend before. We were given a case number with the police department and were told the manager would be in later and would contact us. We received a phone call asking for the case number from a front desk worker, but never actually talked to the manager. We asked if there would be any compensation or maybe if the room could be comped for the night of the break ins and were told that wouldn’t happen and that corporate had the case numbers and they couldn’t do anything for us. This specific location definitely needs more cameras or at least some kind of security. If I had known that this was happening, we would not have stayed here.

The Hotel was clean and my room was very clean and comfortable as well. Wish the hotel had night security. During my stay, several vehicle were broken into. I would stay again at this hotel on my next trip to Round Rock, Tx.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely AMAZING. We felt right at home. First off, we weren't satisfied with our room being right next to the elevator. Without hesitation, Nima at the front desk placed us in a much quieter room away from the elevator. We were very pleased and the bed was very comfortable. We also ran into Mark numerous times who was engaging every time we saw him. He always had a smile on his face and greeted everyone he saw. He was very friendly with us and a lot of the other guests. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The waffles were AWESOME... but most importantly, Shelia made everyone's experience more enjoyable. She greeted us and helped everyone out if they needed assistance with anything. The waffle maker was a bit challenging to a few guests but she was always very helpful in showing how the machines work. You can tell she loves what she does. All three of these staff members did an AMAZING job and we thank them so much for showing us their amazing hospitality. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we visit this area again. No doubt about that. 🙂

all was good! I think you have an issue with people that are not staying there, but have made their way into the hotel. I saw some people charging their phones where you get the ice.… It was kind of weird. You need people to monitor the halls every so often.
