After asking for a room close to an exit door, my request was granted but the door was broke. It was upsetting experience because the Front Desk clerk that checked me in was aware of the fact that the door was in disrepair.

This small hotel should offer daily housekeeping!!
No housekeeping and breakfast was cold and not very good. I express to the manager with an Australian accent that they should inform families that they do not clean the rooms daily at check in and all he could offer was “everything changed after Covid”

My room was clean upon arrival. Room service was every three days -not so bad. I didn’t like the fact that microwave isn’t in the room but am grateful for one special staff. The breakfast options were not up to par. I am grateful for LC -he’s an amazing human and he pride in his work. Thank you for the support and amazing services you provided. Jane, the manager has great hospitality skills -thank you. I would definitely recommend and stay here again when I visit.

Just a little concerned.
I traveled to Round Rock to visit my son and his family for Christmas. We stayed in a Queen double with sofa bed. the room was very roomy and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. We were offered room service for cleaning. But did not receive the service, the maid came by but we had not left the room yet, I specifically told her to come back in an hour to clean the room. We arrived back at the hotel around 8 or 8:30 Christmas day and the room had not been cleaned. The towels were still on the bathroom floor, there were no replacement towels for us the shower for the evening. I went down to the reception area and retrieved 4 sets of towels and 2 sets of bed linens. I would go back to his hotel because besides not receiving room service, our overall stay was good.
