check-in was easy and quick. Exterior looks dangerous around back and sides. We moved our vehicle to front in fear of break-ins, baseboards in bath and room were chewed as if dogs had been in the room prior..need to be replaced. Love the toiletries, frig and microwave in room, exterior hotel outside door within 20 feet of room did not require key entrance,, so appeared dangerous for guests with no security to stop unintended parties from entry.

Overall not worth the price. The room had multiple cosmetic issues. It was all laminate flooring so very loud and you could easily hear guests in other rooms. Almost no water pressure in the shower. Staff at the front desk couldn’t be bothered. Extremely disappointed.

The property was what I expected for the price, clean and appropriate. Tianna and the manager were very accommodating, professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me get my car started as well, I’m grateful ☺️……yes I recommend this property…..only negative no central heating and air conditioning…..wall units

Sheets were dirty, floor was coming up, ceiling was falling apart, dirty on top of the air conditioner. Around the property was dirty and gross. Front staff very friendly. Buffet morning staff was not so plesant.

Staff were very friendly but the rooms had roaches. We stayed for 20 minutes and in those 20 minutes, we saw about 10 roaches.

My husband is a disabled veteran so we requested a room with handicap accessibility for some ease and comfort. We stayed in Room 105. It was for the most part accessible for him. The slip resistant safety tape in the shower was worn and slick and he slipped and fell while he was in the shower causing him to hit his head and back on the tub. Hopefully this gets replaced so that this doesn't happen to any one else. Also, we were sent a text to verify our time of departure and we clicked the 11:00 am departure and submitted our response to the front desk. At about 10:30 am or so the housekeeping came knocking on the door wanting to know what time we were leaving because "it was almost check out time." I proceeded to tell the 2 housekeepers that we'd be out at 11:00 am and they both looked at their watches and seemed quite annoyed with my response. I just felt that was uncalled for, especially since we had not passed the check out time frame. This was a little disappointing and made us feel really uncomfortable.

I would not recommend this hotel. Definitely outdated and in need of a lot of TLC. Had many creepy crawlers in my room and left before check out due to the ones we kept seeing and killing.
