This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is the perfect place to unwind while gazing onto the horizon from the spacious balcony. All room have an amazing ocean view. Dine on the deck after preparing dinner in the large gourmet kitchen, loaded with everything you need.
As you step into the villa, you are greeted by an open and airy living area, thoughtfully designed with large windows to maximize the panoramic ocean view, which open to a large balcony where you can relax and unwind. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and a smaller TV near the breakfast bar and kitchen. The large balcony has two outdoor tables with comfortable chairs and a large propane grill.
Enjoy the two spacious and luxurious bedrooms with ocean view and open to the balcony. Wake up to a restful slumber to the sound of waves. Both bedrooms have their own TV’s and the master bedroom has a private bathroom. Enjoy a relaxing shower or a bath in the guest bathroom.

Hamilton Cove in August
First, let me say how much my family loves staying at Hamilton Cove on Catalina. This is the ideal vacation spot for three generations.
This unit had a great kitchen, lovely views, and comfortable beds. There were a few issues, however, that could readily be fixed. First, we wanted to use the barbecue, but the lighter had no fuel and there were no matches. We borrowed a lighter from a neighbor, and bought a lighter at Vons. Also, the towel rack in the master bathrooom kept falling down, so eventually we didn't use it.
In the master bedroom were two septuagenarians who were also paying for the two condos at Hamilton Cove. Lovely family reunion. However, not having grab bars in the shower made it too dangerous for 70-plus people with mobility issues to take a safe shower. Couldn't grab bars be installed? We old people want to travel, but we don't want to die in a fall. Very slippery surface in the shower.
We love Hamilton Cove and will come back next year. We are the perfect demographic for VRBO: old, with money, and needing a place for a family reunion. But the unit has to accommodate the needs of seniors a little better.
