The room was good, we didn't realize that we had to furnish our own bath towels. They said there was Netflix but didn't offer wifi so we could not watch it and the TV was so staticky, but the only thing I was upset about was having to pay for the pool.

We've stayed for one night, the hotel was clean and comfortable to stay. The only thing that i didn't like is yung staff na hindi man lang mangiti at hindi maestima sa guests. But the hotel itself was good.

Okay but can find a better deal somewhere else
No hot water and the amenities were very very basic. No hair dryer, they dont provide extra pillows. Extra person charge is a whopping 900php and you still have to pay 155 for the extra person’s breakfast. With Other hotels nearby, when you pay for the extra person, breakfast is already included.

The staff who attended to our needs from check-in to actually settling in the room was very courteous and accommodating. The room we were given was spacious enough for 2 adults and a toddler. The location of the hotel was near the market and some eateries. However, the carpet needs a little bit more cleaning and there was no hot water for our bath at around 9:30 am. It was also noisy at night (our room's window opens to the gas station and there were weird, loud noises throughout the night).

It was okay, too bad no wifi on the rooms, the tv was kinda okay enough and the wifi on the lobby was broken at the time. Has a massage on the ground floor building and an easwest bank.

The hotel rate would have been worth it if they have installed aircons in the rooms because the cool breeze in baguio is not enough at noontime during the summer season

Décevant pour le wifi.
Personnel sympa. Wifi vraiment pas bon. Pas de déjeuner américain. Très beau parc avec market. Belle ville. Les gens sont très souriants. Lit un peu trop dur.
