The lobby staff and staff outside the hotel were great. The breakfast staff made us feel rushed and forgot my drink order on 2 separate occasions. The pool staff were great and really helpful. Allot of noise from the next room however, we actually could hear people sneeze, not soundproof at all. Hard to sleep. Our room keys also were de activated at one point meaning we had to go to the lobby in our swimwear which was very embarrassing.

i like the cleanliness of the rooms and their friendly staff. front office and housekeeping. all were jems with some minor hiccups during check-in. the rest of the stay were wonderful. it was a little hassle to go down towards level 8 for my hubby's smoke break as the pool closed after 8pm then we need to detour down to LL for the designated area.

The glass window of our room needs cleaning, otherwise I love the ample space of our room and the location of Amari is very convenient to shopping and restaurants.
