Service, breakfast, pool were all great. Location is nice with train station just there. There’s always a lot of traffic out front , so grab takes a long time. Stay was a good experience. The pool can also get busy quickly.

tinyl common area, overcrowded the pool , breakfast hall is very noisy and crowed, you barely could move. it's not the same level comparing to the other Eastin in Bangkok. only 4 lifts for the entire giant building, in rush hours, you have to queue quite long. the hotel location is amazing, just in front of the metro station, very easy to move around. cleanning is not on the strong side either, i found any long hairs in the bathroom and next to the bed.
