The hotel initially impressed with its spotless appearance and friendly staff who accommodated my early check-in request. However, our first room in Tower B did not meet expectations. Despite requesting twin beds, we were given a king-size bed, and the room was in poor condition with worn furniture and a mouldy bathroom. After discussing these issues with the front desk, we were moved to Tower C, which was in better shape but still needed maintenance. The room had holes, stained furniture, and malfunctioning plugs, and the bathroom tub was cracked. The bathroom floor had remnants of hair from previous guests. On the plus side, the cleaning improved after our first night, and the breakfast buffet offered a diverse range of options. While the main entrance is immaculate, the rest of the hotel is in need of updating. Given my experience and the discrepancy between the hotel's photos and reality, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Waited over an hour to check in To be provided with two twin size beds While I had requested a king. I was told by front desk put them together and sleep on it as we have no more available. Requested to speak to manager who was able to manage and find a king size bed. Well the key to enter room did not work. Had to return back and request for key to be corrected to enter room. Employees did not apologize for the inconvenience provided even further. Horrible hotel DO NOT BOOK

Hotel qui offre beaucoup de services : piscine, plusieurs restaurants, spa, massages, salle de fitness. Bien situé a Bangkok avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Je ne recommande pas le petit déjeuner car il y avait trop de monde et tres peu de choix de plats car tout était vide ( nois y étions allé a 9h) Service client au top, nous avions la clim qui avait un souci, une personne s'est deplacé et a réglé le souci en 5 min. Nous étions très satisfaits du massage avec des masseuses expérimentées.

The location and size of the hotel was great but it was not clean. We booked the family 3bdrm 2 bath suite. There were roaches all over both bathrooms and in the kitchen. We called and they said they wouls clean the following day. We stayed 5 nights and saw roaches everyday. The AC stopped blowing cold air after a few hours. So in the middle of the night, it would be extremely uncomfortable.

I enjoyed my stay here and for the fee, there would be hard to get a better place. The common areas are exceptional, the fitness center is way above average (like a quality university facility) and the spa quite nice. I used the gym, I had a treatment at the SPA, and I dinned in a) the main restaurant, 2) the smaller coffee shop, and 3) the Japanese restaurant. The place is BIG and it will take a little getting used to the layout, but getting disoriented is fun there as again the common rooms are so beautiful. The room, it was good. The way it was presented here in expedia is not what I witnessed when checking into my room. I emphasize that it was more than acceptable. Hot water (as hot as you can tolerate), quiet, like an upscale spacious dorm at a posh university BUT Im not sure Id want that to change as if it did the fee would certainly also double. I would not let the room discourage you UNLESS you spend a lot of time in the room and want this "posh" vibe. Then a modern 5 star is best. The location is fun. Not ideal, but fun. I discovered the water canal system taxis which is abut 200m from the front door and I used it daily so got familiar with the B12 fee ride into more of the heart of the city. At night there is not a lot happening around the hotel itself, including local restaurants, and the transportation from the main door is up a bit as they know people leaving here will pay. I don't want to leave on a negative actually - this place is very decent. Try!

Room smelt of urine and smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Prices for Thailand were reasonably expensive and it just seemed a money grab. Floors in room polished so much that we were slipping all over the place in both footwear and bare foot. Lift didn’t work and the keycards for the lift stopped working for multiple people so got stuck on a different floor twice. Raised it to the manager. We only had a 4 night stay but checked out a day early and it’s the only hotel we’ve really wanted to leave early
