Excellent breakfast. Clean & spacious room. But the mattress is sagging and pillows are uncomfortable. Noise from next door can be hear from connecting rooms.

Not a smooth check in.

Have requested for late check out but was told since we booked with hotels.com we are not entitled to late check out request. Also, they seems not using hotels.com booking reference that make our check-in a bit longer because they are unable to find our booking. Otherwise, overall experience was pleasant.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located within walking distance of the major shopping malls such as Central World. The breakfast buffet is a must try because of the varieties of cuisines available. I stayed in this hotel every time when I visited Bangkok during the past decade.

Connected to the BTS. However, this is an older hotel which has aged. Breakfast buffet needs improvement. Most of the breakfast buffet is catered to Chinese and Arabic nationals. Probably a 5 star hotel back in the day (like 20 years ago) but now a 4 star at best. Very close to all the shopping malls. There are better hotels if you are looking for a 5 star hotel in the area which are newer and modern such as Okura, Park Hyatt and Rosewood to name a few.

A wonderful stay, the hotel is fully renovated and in a central area between a group of commercial complexes, as well as connected to the sky train. The service is excellent
