We loved having a kitchenette to enjoy fresh fruits from the market. In a hot country, you need to wash your clothes frequently, so having a washer in our unit saved time and hassle. It’s an easy 8 minute walk to two BTS stations. A 7-11 convenience store is downstairs. The bed is similar to our North American style (softer than Asian style), so we didn’t have any back pains at all. The breakfast buffet included a wide ethnic variety. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Security personnel is stationed at the front entrance so we always felt safe, our Grab taxis were efficient, everything was hassle free. It was perfect for us - highly recommended.

Modern clean hotel with great staff. Close to transportation, coffee shops, stores, and malls. All employees are kind, attentive, and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and are supplied with plenty of amenities. Restaurants and rooftop bar are fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel room is nicer than photo, clean and comfy. They upgraded me to higher floor. One day my room wasn't serviced while I was out, I told them to come later since I have come back. They sent me a handwritten apology note and a plate of fruits when i wasn't really complaining. There are plenty of bottle water in the room. Hotel room is spacious, nice design, clean with an upscale yet homy feeling. The manager at the luggage area is helpful and professional. We asked him advice on the dress code going to the grand palace and he hepled us. All in all, it deserves a 5 star rating. If there is anything to improve, it will be the front desk staff courtesy and english speaking skills. Also, more toilet paper provided in the wash room would be appreciated. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a decent and premium hotel.

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with endless choices. The pool and its city wide views, was refreshing in the morning or after a day exploring the city, and was a popular spot for many guests. We also enjoyed the large, well equipped fitness center. The close proximity to a light rail station was great. We will be back to stay at the Sindhorn Midtown Hotel, the next time we stay in Bangkok.
