Perfect stay, very clean, nice amenities. We didn’t have a plug for the bath and did ask for one but never managed to get one which was a bit disappointing. Occasionally the key card wouldn’t work and we’d have to go back to the desk and get it sorted, this happened about 4/5 times which was quite inconvenient. But overall a great stay !

The room was as described, the check-in staff were over-the-top friendly and helpful. Close to Metro station, bus stop right outside the door and Hop On/Off stop across the street. Next to the harbour and a 5 min walk to the Gothic region. 10 min walk to a huge supervised beach. Tons of restaurants near along with grocery stores, a shopping mall. For us it was the perfect location to holiday in Barcelona.

The bed and pillows weren’t so good.
The location, staff and common area were good, but the bed and comforter were very old. I could also use better pillow. On the way back to the airport, Ive asked the front desk to called the taxi and h the cab driver charged us more than double. We weren’t happy about that.

The hotel and specially the breakfast buffet are very good, location is closed to attractions, unfortunately the street in front was under construction and on the (vacant?) Building 50 meters from hotel homeless people sleep on the street and smells like they urinate on floor.

The location was perfect for touring the Born and Gothic areas. It's close to the marina as well. I would recommend this hotel for your first visit. Get a Barcelona Pass and save on transportation and sites.

This property is stuck in the 1950's. The decor and design are dated. The property is comfortable but nothing special. The location is excellent for access to other areas of the city. There is a bus stop immediately outside the front door and there is a Metro subway station located less than a 3 minute walk away. Access to Barceloneta and the Gothic Quarter as well as Port Vell make the location excellent. The staff is accommodating but do not go out of their way unless asked. There is not a restaurant onsite, but the breakfast is adequate. There are not any retail shops located in close proximity to this property. All-in-all, you get what you pay for.
