Many staff members struggled with English. The room wasn’t cleaned every day. The water in the room was replaced each day but the dirty glasses weren’t taken away and we didn’t get clean glasses. The employee that checked us in, Gari, didn’t tell us about the all inclusive option. We found out about it on the last day. The hotel and food was wonderful. The service needs improvement.

Great hotel with fantastic staff! Had a couple of issues during stay and Erica, supervisor at reception was brilliant at sorting these out. Hotel is not central in Barcelona and situated in a quiet area which we prefered. All the places to visit are easily accessible by public transport. We stayed for 5 days and bought the Hola Barcelona Card so you can access the bus, metro and train service - this saved alot of money not having to take taxes everywhere. Would definitely stay here again when in Barcelona!

Very helpful staff. Hotel is top rate, and is in a good area. There were NO written instructions on how to use the phone or TV or even how to call the front desk. This caused much inconvenience. Such written instructions on a placard are normal in any good hotel. Their absence is a real fault, and should be corrected asap.

Solid experience, although I expected a bit more excellence from this tier of hotel. Pool was smaller than expected and there was a good amount of hallway noise. Staff were fine. Dining options were a bit limited but were fine.

I am very surprised that considering the size of the bedroom, there was only one small drawer and no other drawers. Also, there is no place to hang towels or personal clothes inside the bathroom. After cleaning the room, the hotel housekeeping had left the glasses and cups there unwashed. But the worst part was the pillows. There were two pillows for each person, one very thik and spongy and the other very thin and soft, neither of which was good.
