The staff are exceptional and friendly. Service was prompt and courteous. The facilities are in need of some updates as some of the fixtures show their age and wear (paint/caulk, etc), mainly in the bathroom. The rooms were comfortable but a bit dated as well. We did love our stay!

The check in process was silly long. I cannot imagine what all of the paper shuffling was about. My guess is the rooms had not been cleaned so they slowed it way down to catch up with cleaning. Since when we got in the room the maid came back to do something she forgot 30 minutes after we got into the room. The maid didnā€™t notice we were in the room yet I do not like the game playing with check in
