Desconfortável, velho e sujo.
Cama desconfortável, colchão velho com as molas furando as costelas, colcha suja, paredes sujas. Piso velho, janelas velhas, portas velhas, TV velha, mobiliário velho. Banheiro sujo, cheirando mal, tampa do sanitário velha, torneiras velhas, box quebrado, caindo aos pedaços, ralo entupido. Terrível! Hotel antigo e mal conservado. Corredores com as paredes sujas, elevador velho e deteriorado. A estadia não vale nem a metade do que cobram. Na verdade esse hotel deveria ser fechado e reformado, urgente! Café bom, atendimento no café é simpático.

Cheguei o quarto e a cama era horrível ....paguei a mais pelo ar condicionado e ele fazia muito barulho. Falei com o funcionário e rapidamente trocou de quarto.....o quarto ai com ar sem barulho e a cama boa, mais pelo valor esperava mais ......muito antigo..... porem tudo muito limpo....e os funcionários muito educados .....

Furto dentro do quarto do Hotel
Tive uma carteira furtada de dentro da minha mala no quarto do hotel, acionei a gerencia e fizemos BO pela PM, o hotel restituio uma parte do prejuizo( aprox. 220 reiais tinha na carteira), O cartão refeição tive bloquear, chegando em casa descobri tinha cartão Bilhete unico e o cracha funcional tambem na carteira, conclusão uma decepção com a estadia no hotel e prejuizo.

O Hotel é muito antigo e precisa urgentemente de reformas. O quarto que reservei foi de casal, mas ao chegar haviam duas camas de solteiros. Além do que havia mofo por todo o quarto e banheiro, instalações de chuveiro e ar condicionado com fios aparentes. Não havia como ficar ali. Pedimos para nos mudar de quarto, mas fomos informados de que não havia mais nenhum disponível. Conclusão, eu e meu marido mudamos de hotel. Ponto positivo: funcionários muito educados e solícitos.

Estadia justa. Sem luxos! Cama faz um pouco de barulho, e as instalações são bem antigas..Mas vale o preço que se paga! Único problema foi que tinha um bar bem próximo e fazendo bastante barulho durante a madrugada.

O hotel fica bem no centro da cidade e a localização é excelente. Tem um atendimento muito bom e todos são bastante simpáticos. Destaque para a Adriana que cuida da cozinha durante o café da manhã. Aliás, o café da manhã é o melhor do hotel. Diversos tipos de bolos, salgados e sucos. Adoramos. Os quartos com varanda (no plural porque ficamos em 2 quartos) são bastante confortáveis e, apesar do mobiliário um pouco antigo e simples, não nos faltou nada. O prédio do hotel é bem antigo e o hotel, consequentemente, também é. Mas foi bem legal ficar nesse hotel que é o mais antigo de Jaú.

O hotel deixa muito a desejar com relação a infra estrutura, pois trata-se de um prédio muito antigo. Outro ponto negativo é que eu havia solicitado cama de casal e ao chegar no quarto tinha duas camas de solteiro e não foi possível trocar. Além disso, na foto do quarto constava ar condicionado, mas ao chegar lá não tinha no quarto que ficamos. As televisões são muito antigas e a imagem é bem ruim. Em resumo, não recomendo o hotel.

Infra-estrutura antiga
Infra-estrutura muito muito antiga de elevadores, quartos e salão de café da manhã. As dependências do local tinham um cheiro de coisas velhas e no banheiro do quarto tinha não tinha o cheiro de limpeza. Os elevadores precisam de uma manutenção com urgência, pois fazem um barulho muito alto dando a impressão de que vai parar. A unica coisa boa do local foi o atendimento dos funcionários.
