We checked out two days early. I have asked them to refund those two days. The doorhandle was not properly attached. The room was not clean and smelled funny. There were stains on the walls and the lampshades. The blow dryer broke. The elevator was not working and we were on the third floor. This was not a good experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Its an older hotel, needs some updates. Rooms need to be painted, carpet needs to be removed. Curtains needs to be replaced and bathroom needs an overhaul. Wear your shower shoes in the tub.

Our card wouldn’t work for your and sent maintenance and he said it was battery and then almost an hour later after not being able to get screws out they finally gave us another room… loud screaming kids unsupervised in the pool

I like the breakfast and the staff was great. The pool was really nice and clean. It was close to places to eat. The price was cheaper than most in this area. It could use a little upgrade but besides that everything was great

The staff was great. Very attentive. The rooms are a mess and need maintenance. The outside is dirty, paint peeling off the doors. Our bed was pathetic and wasn’t sure if it was going to break by the noises it made and if you moved the noise would wake you up. It’s sad to charge this amount and have to stay in these conditions. We drove 11 hrs to see our grandson graduate as a Marine. Management needs to step up and take care of this because Parris Island depends on having a decent place to stay while all these graduations go on every week. House keeping is only 3 days a week but the staff was helpful to give us towels and coffee. Spend some money and give your guest what they pay for

Beautiful property on the outside. The hotel rooms were old and could use some updating. The pool didn't open until 10am so we never had the chance to use it. The continental breakfast options were limited.
