Very easy walking to northern end of the Esplanade. Excellent couples units and very good pricing compared to main stream Palm Cove accommodation.

Looks like the rear block (flats) is being used for emergency accommodation. Obvious permanent's there in their yard clothes, no shoes, loitering. Doesn't feel unsafe at all but not what I expected from a motel on the esplanade. Room was clean but looks like it's had a 1975 revamp; wood and laminex. Bathroom also clean but looks old. There were no diners in Charlies at all, so we walked up the street for dinner. Not the popular spot it once was. Haven't stayed there for about 10years, won't be staying again. It was about $30/night more expensive that another property up the road that feels like a 4 star property.

Great location and was nicely furnished. Bed was very comfortable. Unit located close to beach and main street. There was mould in shower recess but probably not uncommon in tropics. Stayed 11 nights and room was not cleaned mid stay until I followed up- took two requests. Staff were friendly.

Customer service was disrespectful and the service person at the front desk was rude and impolite. Rooms were nice apart from the service person when checking in and out was very disrespectful and rude. Will not be staying here again.

A fantastic spot. Great hospitality, cleanliness and communication from the staff. Very comfortable room, huge bed, well shaded picturesque pool, right next to a strip of rainforest that separates you from the beach by just 150m. Warm evening walks on the beach with access to two good restaurants, Hidden@Yorkeys and Ten06. I was considering giving a negative review so I could keep this secret all to myself.
