Hotel Arts was a very nice facility to spend the weekend. The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful with every inquiry we had. The dining and pub choices are just across the street and so very accessible by foot. I would definitely stag here again.

Romantic anniversary
Booked in for our anniversary weekend and had an excellent time. We were initially worried about the pool space being booked out for a private event but the front desk staff quickly explained that it would be back open in a couple of hours. That worked perfectly for us to wander down the road and have a lovely dinner at a nearby restaurant. Upon our return, pool-side service was lovely - we ordered bubbles by the bottle and had our glasses topped off regularly. The pool was nice and warm and the ambiance was perfect for our anniversary. The fire tables gave lovely warmth and just made the experience romantic and cozy. Would absolutely stay again.
