On the ground floor: an entrance, a living room facing south overlooking a large garden, a fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker), a master suite with dressing room and private bathroom.
Upstairs: three large bedrooms with a double bed or two single beds and shelves, a bathroom.
The house is from 2019 and is located in a subdivision being finished.

Sehr schƶnes groƟes Haus in guter Lage
Wir hatten in dieser Unterkunft einen sehr schƶnen 2-wƶchigen Urlaub. In direkter NƤhe befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten und Restaurants. Bis zu den wunderschƶnen StrƤnden sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto im Durchschnitt. Die Gegend ist sehr facettenreich und lƤdt fĆ¼r viele Unternehmungen ein. Wir haben dort hervorragende 2 Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles war sauber und in bester Ordnung. Es gibt einen groƟen Garten in dem die Kinder auch mal spielen konnten. In der Garage konnten wir bequem die RƤder und den FahrradtrƤger abstellen. Bis zum Strand fƤhrt man mit dem Auto ungefƤhr 15 Minuten. Der Supermarkt ist mit dem Rad 5 Minuten entfernt. BettwƤsche und HandtĆ¼cher mĆ¼ssen mitgebracht werden. Achtung, es gibt die klassischen franzƶsischen Doppelbettdecken in den beiden Doppelbetten. Zur Not vor Ort im Super-U kaufen... Das einzige worauf man sich einlassen muss ist die Endreinigung. Wir kƶnnen das Haus zu 100% empfehlen! Vielen Dank an Familie Le Sommer fĆ¼r die Vermietung! Schƶne Ferien...
