Spacious Off-grid Beachfront Villa - Park Bay House

Completely renovated in 2023, Park Bay House will delight you with stunning views and the soothing chorus of waves breaking over the offshore reef. The spacious oceanfront villa sleeps up to nine people comfortably in four bedrooms. Unique among Bequia villa rentals, Park Bay House affords complete privacy, surrounded by splendid beaches and pristine woodlands, all just ten minutes from town.

The villa offers some of the most breathtaking views on Bequia, punctuated by dramatic waves in the foreground and the neighboring Grenadine islands in the distance.

The house is built in traditional West Indian style from tropical hardwood and native stone. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the two-story villa is perfect for both large and small groups. The villa can accommodate up to nine guests. Upstairs is a master bedroom with an antique four-poster king bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a day bed, and one with a queen bed. The downstairs sitting leads out to an outside patio with a barbecue area, gazebo and swimming pool.

Delightfully different. Very close to the ocean. Easy to get to town/ restaurants etc (10 mins by car) Lots of Old World charm. Breathtaking views from the veranda. Starlit skies.

The upkeep of the property was appalling…two toilets broken..old old cooker so difficult to light.. Mould in many places..corrosion everywhere …useless bedroom lighting…. We sent a whole document and photos to owner who was very attentive but unable to give any comfort…the price was so over the top…

We've stayed at this property numerous times and it is always perfect. The house is always immaculate. If you want quiet and seclusion with only sounds of wind and waves this place is for you!

We stayed here after we got off a sailboat. Everyone was helpful from the jeep rental to no internet to no power. It was a great experience and a quick trip to town if needed. I highly recommend it if you want something out of the way and quiet!!

Park Bay House - Awesome Views and Memories!!!
Our family loved our 10 day stay at Park Bay House!! What amazing views, hikes, snorkeling, swimming, and sun!! The people of this island are beautiful like the island itself!! The beaches, restaurants, charters are all excellent!!! Our family of (7) will return again soon!!!

Tropical paradise
It has been two weeks since we left Park Bay House, and the entire family is ready to book again. The house is a little rustic and secluded with beautiful ocean views of Mustique and a constant ocean breeze. It was plenty spacious to accommodate the seven of us and had all the basics for a great Caribbean vacation. The few negatives were that the adjacent Park Bay Beach is not amenable for swimming and the strong winds prevented us from dining on the patio and using the gas grill (which seemed very under powered). Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed the beaches on Admiralty Bay, a short drive from Park Bay. We dined at several restaurants as well as cooked our own meals, some with locally caught fish. The entire island was enchanting. We particularly enjoyed our walks back after a delicious dinner and dessert at nearby Sugar Reef. The full moon above the swaying palms was magical. We also had a fun, relatively easy hike from the hill behind the house to Bequia Head, with great views of St. Vincent in the distance. We definitely would return to Park Bay House.
