We liked the fact that it had so many great dine-in options and the restaurants were amazing. Accessibility was good and made it easy for taxis to pick us up. It’s conveniently connected to MGM and The Excalibur. The only complaint we had was the check in process and that it was confusing with the self check in method with the kiosks. Maybe try removing the kiosks and just employing real people to do it? Other than that we enjoyed it and would stay again.

I have stayed at this property many times. Apparently the rooms have been renovated, however the bathrooms have not. The quality of soap and paper were not as good as in the past. I only realized on the last day that my room was supposed to have 2 chairs which was inconvenient. I will most probably stay at a different property for my next stay.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The hotel has everything you need. You really do not have to leave the hotel for anything. I will just say the only reason why we left the hotel was to look at other shows.

Nice hotel and room. Be aware of a late check out fee, even if its as low as 30 minutes. Also, no where was it listed that our room would not come with a mini-fridge. For a fridge, the charge is $25 per day and no microwave but microwave part is fine. Nice bathroom, nice area for shops (olive garden across street)& CVS / walgreens nearby for more affordable goodies.

I called to upgrade to a spa room and was also promised a view of the mountains. We arrived to a view of the rollercoaster which is loud and runs from morning till midnight. I never received a call saying that they didn’t put me in a mountain view room but a room right where the rollercoaster was. At the end of my stay I told the front desk staff about what happened and she was incredibly rude and gave excuses that their system just automatically picks the rooms and never offered any kind of apology. I spoke to the manager and he was even more rude and offered no apology. After about 20 minutes of explaining what happened and them saying it’s not their fault, the manager rudely told me he’d give me $60. I also asked about an unknown charge on my credit card from the registration desk that came later during our trip. He was so rude when explaining it that I couldn’t even understand. It ended up being the security deposit. He forcefully told me it’d be reimbursed. Obviously I have no problem with this but it’s the fact he was such a bully about it. We will never stay at the New York New York again. Plus you have to request for your room to be cleaned and this was never communicated to us.
