The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. The food bar was complete and food was fresh. The host was on top of everything. Check in was smooth and all staff were friendly and helpful.

3 strikes and you are out!
The elevator had dirt and food crumbs in the corners of the elevator cabin. One of the arrow lights and lense was broken out. The toilet in my room would not properly flush. They tried to fix it after night #1. Same problem night #2. Tried to fix it again and couldn't fix it day #3. They never offered a move to another room or any remedy.

I booked a room with two queen beds. At check in the reservation said two queens. I was given a room with one queen and told all other rooms sold out. I am traveling with my two daughters who needed beds to rest for College Lacrosse Showcase. They are sleeping on the floor and couch. Extremely disappointed. Infuriating!
