This hotel was nothing but amazing... from the beautiful lobby/rooms to the incredible staff, I cannot say enough good things. Every single person we came in contact with was friendly, helpful, and accomdating. Specifically the manager Tarak (not sure if that is spelled correctly) . He takes great pride in this hotel and it shows. He went out of his way on mulitple occassions to help our family. This hotel is also located pretty central making it easy to get around Berlin. HIGHLY recommend, we will be staying here again when we come back! Thank you for the incredible customer service!

Stunning stay, room was lovely, clean spacious. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Loved the welcome cookie, was great after a late flight. Close to various metro lines. Only downside is that breakfast is very expensive for what it is, but there are some lovely places to get pastries etc close by.
