A traditional stone cottage situated in the Monts d'Arree less than a 10 minute drive from the popular town of Huelgoat. A wonderful area for walking and generally relaxing. Huelgoat is a well known tourist town with its pretty lake, fabulous forest and giant boulders.
A completely self contained gite with open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining/living room and upstairs one bedroom with en suite shower. There is a private fully enclosed south facing patio area, secure parking and a charging point for electric vehicles available for a small fee. There is also access to another outside patio area with charcoal barbecue and table/benches.
The property was completely renovated in 2019. The gite has everything you need for a comfortable stay - the kitchen is fully equipped with full multi function microwave, 4 ring gas hob, fridge freezer, coffee maker and toaster. There is a comfortable seating area in the lounge which has a pellet burner, television with French or English TV channels and a DVD player. The bedroom has twin beds and storage and the shower room has a spacious corner shower cubicle and heated towel rail.

Gas for the hob is included in the price and a complimentary bag of pellets for the pellet burner is provided. All electricity consumed will be charged at 30 cents/Kwh (the meter will be set to zero on arrival and read on departure) therefore you will only pay for electricity used.
We are located in the hamlet of Quinoualc'h midway between La Feuillee, the highest village in Brittany, and Berrien on the D42.
The nearby town of Huelgoat (less than a ten minute drive) offers all the amenities needed to make your stay in this lovely area as comfortable as possible. There are banks, post office, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, tourist office, cinema and a pharmacy plus the fabulous forest of Huelgoat with its wonderful walks and boulders.
