Great spot for stand up paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing.

Walk or bike ride to pristine Manyana Beach and Green Island and enjoy the peace and tranquillity.

This three bedroom cottage consists of queen bed / single in sunroom / queen and a king single.

Linen Provided if booked made after 1/4/2024.

Tv, Dvd, microwave and gas bbq. It also has a games room at rear of the property with pool table, foos ball and dart board.

One bathroom with shower and toilet, second external toilet next to laundry outside.

Off road parking. Not fenced.

There is The Deli at Cunjurong Point and Bendalong General store and Cafe in Bendalong.

Berringer Lake is a 30-minute drive to Ulladulla, 25 to Mollymook and 20 to Milton where you will find all the supplies for your holiday for shopping centres, cinemas, pubs and clubs.

At Manyana there are also tennis and basketball courts, skate park and soccer field but you need to bring your own equipment.

Strictly no smoking inside or pets at this property as local kangaroos visit.

Lovely peaceful spot
Great spot opposite the lake. Lovely small old house. Use of Kayaks in the shed was an absolute winner. Kitchen is old, which is fine, but it was not well equipped - was a bit of a jumble of old things and didn't feel that clean.

Brilliant
We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect and the neighbours are very helpful and friendly. It’s very private and secluded which we enjoyed. We literally could walk 30 Seconds to the lake and was amazing waking up and having a coffee looking at that view. Also very short drive or walk to Cunjurong point which was beautiful. Highly Recommend and I’m sure we will visit again .
