Je vais parler uniquement du logement car nous n'avons utilisé aucunes infrastructures du village vacances. L'agencement du logement n'est pas formidable ( manque de place pour circuler ) et l'état du sol laissé à désirer, poignée intérieure douche cassée et coupante. Sinin dans lensemble c'était correct e.

Franchement, je n'ai rien à dire par rapport à la propreté, c'était très propre ! Cependant, le logement est trop petit pour 4 personnes !! Si vous voulez venir en été, fuyez ! Il n'y a pas de climatisation et je trouve ça vraiment dommage car il faisait très chaud dans la chambre, bien plus chaud que la température extérieure ! De plus, il y avait un petit réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionnait pas ! J'ai choisi cet endroit à cause de la précipitation, j'aurais du prendre le temps de regarder les avis, je ne reviendrai plus !

a éviter purement et simplement
arrive pour deux nuit avec des amis (réservation de deux chambres) nous avons pris chacun le supplément départ tardif a 27 € (donc grasse matinée et depart13h). malheureusement a 9h30 on entre dans dans la chambre, juste le temps de bloquer la porte et pendant presque une heure le personnel discute et passe et repasse devant la chambre avec des chariots donc plus moyen de dormir avant qu'une personne n'entre a nouveau dans la chambre. nous sommes allé a l'accueil pour nous plaindre et a par nous dire on s'excuse pas de geste commercial ni meme un café offert. donc si vous décidez de vous offrir un weekend au Cap d'Agde passer votre chemin et réservez dans un autre établissement

Accueil à l'arrivée très bien, Par contre rendre la chambre à 9h30 c'est très tôt. Le supplément pour dormir plus tard et rendre la chambre à 13h coûte 27€, et une hôtesse nous réveil par téléphone à 10h30 quand même pour savoir à quel heure nous comptons rendre la chambre, elle n'avais pas vu que nous avions payé le supplément... Ça fait cher le service pour qu'il soit si mal rendu

Sejour ecourté....
Nous devions resté 2 jours dans ce village vavances afin de profiter. Malheureusement les choses ne sont pas deroulé ainsi. Tout d'abord l'acceuil nous sommes arrivé vers 19h00 l'acceuil plutot cordial mais expeditif car ils ferme bientot.. Nois avions demandè un lit parapluie pour notre bebe personne ne savait si cela avait bien ete fait... bref passons Le logement nous ne nous attendions pas a cela plutot petit et mais propre et fonctionnel par contre le lit parapluie etait bien la mais sans le matelas nous avons du faire un matelas de fortune a base de draps... Ambiance typique des centres de vacances on aime ou on aime pas mais au moins il ya une bonne activite Nous avons mis une etoile et ecourte notre sejour pour la raison suivant Nois avons mangé au "restaurant" et nous en sommes resorti avec 3 intoxication alimentaires dont 1 sur notre enfant d'1 an je ne vous explique pas la nuit. Ce qui pour nous ne devrait pas avoir lieu d'etre. Surtout que lors de la remise des clefs la personne comprend mais ne me donne pas les elements pour faire une quelconque reclamation
