I will never use WOTIF or recommend to friends or Family. We booked our stay & paid for it weeks ago and cyclone Alf hit causing our flights to be cancelled . Our Car Hire company refunded our car hire, Virgin credited our flights. I think its appalling that WOTIF dont have a Human to talk to only chat bots. I spoke to the Hotel and they said they would cancel the Hotel no problem but it was booked through WOTIF i would need to contact them. I tried all day Thursday to contact WOTIF but every avenue lead to the same chat bot. in frustration on Friday morning i dailed the " Call an Agent" but again was put through to the chat bot. So i kept pushing 0 and eventually a human answered . They put me on hold and came back after 2 minutes and said that the hotel refused a refund and there is nothing that can be done about it. The booking was paid for in full and it was only cancelled due to a cyclone. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PATHETIC SERVICE.
