The room is very nice and clean. Excellent accessibility to all the main city attractions. The only complaints I had was the breakfast food were not fresh and did not taste good!

Well located, Guggenhein was within a walkable distance and a lot o place to shop and or eat - drink something, just around the corner there was a couple of good restaurants to eat, some staff members were very helpful BUT others were not at all "kind of rude - careless". Place was clean and everything in general OK.

Nice hotel. Great city
Had a great stay. Lovely city and hotel is very central so can walk everywhere. Convenient for the football ground and river aswell. Hotel clean, staff nice and rooms nice. Very good for the price paid. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again

Very helpful and welcoming staff, thanks for your good English and sorry we did not speak Spanish. Room small but very comfortable bed & bed linens. Same with bathroom, good shower and bath linens. Block our blinds were great as we needed a sleep in.
