It was lovely. We had to change rooms due to our balcony room smelling like cigarettes. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and room very clean. I wasn’t a fan of the buffet breakfast.

Great hotel, good location, but be aware, there is no outdoor seating area as shown in the photos. That area is for conference attendees only. The parking is 20 minutes walk away unless you want to pay $60 for valet parking.

Really good location from a public transport perspective, shopping and easy access over the Yarra to host of restaurants and bars. The place is/feels brand new, is beautifully done, the service and staff were outstanding across the board - from check-in, the guy making coffees in reception or the guys/girls up at the bar/restaurant.
