Everything was great as usual. Friendly staff, clean rooms. The only issue was the short staff at the grill & coffee bar being closed one of the days. But besides that, we loved it.

The property is extremely beautiful. Since this place is definitely a summer vacation spot the workers there are very much seasonal. The wait times in the cafe for food was extremely long. The workers are very much over worked. The pool speakers are broken and don’t go all around the lazy river. The AC in our room never worked they had to bring us two box fans to keep us cool. The rooms are spacious and very clean the entire property is managed very well and well maintained for the most part. This is our third summer there and they are making lots of improvements. I will surely return.

Room and accomidations weregood but the front desk was understaffed and it took me two hours to get them to answer phone to explain we were not left enough towels for us. Also the pool towels ran out on the evening we checked in and beach towels were not delivered until 11 the next morning.

We’ve stayed here before with no problems. However, this time was different. Our room temperature was set at 61 degrees, however the room was warm. We called the front desk about this and they immediately sent maintenance over to check it out. He changed the filter and said it was blowing fine. It’s didn’t feel fine though, it was still warm even after he changed the filter. My mom was in another room; her room was set at 68 degrees and felt cold just like it should. The temperature in my room didn’t compare to hers. Also, the toilet seat was cracked in my room. It didn’t seem like the sort of crack that could harm used so we used the bathroom the night we checked in with no issues. However, the next day I used the toilet and the seat pinched and cut my skin in 3 different spots and made me bleed in those 3 spots. I called the front desk about this. The woman sent maintenance over to change the seat and she offered me a bandaid. We enjoy the water park but not sure we would stay here based on this experience. My mom’s room was exceptional!

The pool slides, lazy river and water play area is wonderful for the kids. The air conditioner couldn't keep up with the heat outside. The room was a little warm.

Great place for a quick trip. The lazy river is fantastic and it's so convenient being steps from your hotel room. The coffee bar and breakfast were very good and every staff member I encountered was very friendly.

We stay at the Oasis for the pool area, it is perfect for kids and adults alike! You don’t need to leave the property to have a blast! The restaurant is convenient and the food is reasonably priced. The area is safe and quiet. The beach across from the resort is clean and although not a private beach, it seems like one.

We had a great stay at Oasis! The staff were friendly and helpful. We found our room and the facility to be clean and cared for. And our family loved being walking distance to the beach.

This is a perfect getaway for families, in particular those with babies up to about 12. The water park is never overcrowded, and is within easy walking distance of the rooms. The addition of life jackets for non-swimmers was MUCH appreciated this year, as was the covered area over a number of picnic tables, providing shade for anyone wanting to get out of the sun. The ONLY con is that that a microwave is not provided in the rooms.
