Lovely hotel.
Went to Blyth to visit family and had a lovley stay in this hotel. The beds we're comfortable,the room was clean and the Breakfast was great . We also had a Sunday carvery which was the best I've had for a while. We would stay again .

My room was lovely, as was the view as I had a room at the front with a balcony. The food however was absolutely awful. I gave up on the cooked breakfast and just had a muffin and coffee on the last day. Evening meals in the restaurant were terrible. My advice is to eat out.

We loved our stay here. The staff were exceptionally helpful and cheerful. We had a balcony room with a lovely view to the harbour. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The only small issue we had was that the taps were a hard to turn on and off in our room. Great selection for breakfast and dinner.

A very nice stay, but beware of the food.
The hotel has a great view over the estuary and North sea. Bar all very nicely kitted out, quite atmospheric. Room size good, bathroom and shower good, bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly, but prone to having a chat rather than watching out for new arrivals at the bar. Food quite average, and my brown and mushy chips returned, along with the rest of my meal in the middle of the night.

Staff were without exception wonderful - most friendly and helpful. Very reasonable rates per night. Enjoyed all meals over the two night stay. Great decor, always something interesting to look at, comfortable, well laid out rooms with plenty of space. AND we had a Sea View! Splendid. Will use other hotels in the same chain (The Inn Collection Group) whenever possible when we are in the area.

Had to wait a while before someone came to check us in. Room opposite left trays outside room at 3pm still there at 9am next morning. Our room was above entrance and at 7 am they turn on loud music just in the entrance porch.
