Executive complex in Boat Harbour with gorgeous views.

Amazing three bedroom holiday townhouse located on the peak of Boat Harbour giving you wide views over One Mile and the bushland with WiFi and air conditioning.

A modern townhouse minutes from the beach with breath-taking views over the endless bushland and rolling mountains of Boat Harbour. Relaxing on this balcony with views as magnificent as this is the true recipe for relaxation.

Once you open the bi-fold doors, the whole room lights up with the sun beaming in. There is Free WiFi throughout the house, a large flat screen TV and a comfortable leather lounge comined with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso Pod Machine. Enjoy the gas BBQ and outdoor setting on the balcony to unwind in the afternoon. There is air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom.

The main bedroom can be found on the entrance / lounge room level with the ensuite. The other two bedrooms are located downstairs with a shared bathroom. All three bedrooms have queen size beds.

There is an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer and a single lock up garage plus an additional car space.

You can utilise the fantastic communal infinity pool, spa and BBQ area that the One Mile Ridge complex offers. Boat Harbour is popular for Kingsley and Boat Harbour Beach and only minutes away to One Mile Beach and Birubi Beach which are both patrolled during the summer months. Nelson Bay CBD is a 10 min drive away.

Please Note: There is no parking in the complex for boats or jet skis and the complex actively enforces a no parties of any kind policy. Noise to be brought indoors after 10.30pm and NO Charcoal Bbqs are permitted due to fire regulations. Swimming Pool is closed during Winter Months and is not accessible. May - October.

My fabulous holiday stay
Very clean and had all the essentials ready for us. Neighbourhood is great and very friendly. Manager was amazing! He answered our phone call at 9pm and helped us with a problem we had with the bbq and fixed it within 10 minutes. Can’t wait to stay again!

This property was good , used to be fun to go to , till they became too strict , if your looking to have fun , splash around in the pool and enjoy your time , this is not the place to go to , the whole complex , neighbours are rude and complain too much and they expect you to clean the house to spotless “ although they get cleaners to do it “ which doesn’t make sense

Decent , we were told that there is a garage , however there was no key to the garage- we could not use the garage The Keys access lockbox was not working properly - we struggled to open the box and then struggled to close it at the end The main door lock was not working properly - we had the keys stuck in the lock on departure Over all we were happy with the location of the property
