Great hotel, brilliant room, friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel, but especially in the restaurant. Ersin was an oustanding manager. However, the main problem was the excessive noise from unsupervised children, whose parents often made no attempt to quieten them, particularly in the restaurant. A Code of Conduct should be considered for all families with small children, as many parents made no attempt to consider the other guests, who had to contend with excessive noise at mealtimes...

My experience at this hotel was very pleasant. Everything was excellent, food was excellent with many delicious choices, the pool and the beach were amazing. The hotel was overall great with good customer service and amazing view.
