We had a great time during our stay! The hotel has so many pools, which we really enjoyed. Everything was fine, except that the property is quite large, so you need to take a shuttle to get around—to the pools, breakfast area, and other spots. But no worries, the shuttles run 24/7. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

My son dropped his airpods at one of the shuttles and when we went back to inform security, the driver already dropped it off to him. It was such a good and honest gesture which left my family grateful.

All staffs are very nice, helpful and friendly. Goods are great, lots of choices. We’re very happy during our stay. Only one thing to improve, curtains are old and needs to replace. Thank you to all the staffs who assisted us during our stay.

They were constructing something near the room we're staying in and they were working on it til late midnight. It was very noisy. Our room had a smell and plumbing was terrible in the bathroom. The facility looks old and dirty

All the staff are friendly and especially Nicole (front desk) who's very attentive, efficient and understanding as we arrived really early, tired and hungry she took all our luggage, recommended places to eat and offered their facility to relax. Big clean and tidy rooms,friendly staff, excellent food and love the activities (my family enjoyed the foam party).
