It was an 5/5 experience with all of the amazing pools. And the amazimg golf course and the very nice staff overall it was definetly one of the best hotels in the area.

Property is very nice except the beach, they need maintenance on beach area, very disappointed, Boracay is well known as clear white sand beach, but we can’t swim on their private beach , it’s like a dump area, they are more focus on golf course area, not recommended for swimming activities.

Disappointing private beach
Almost perfect, if it wasn’t for the dirty private beach. Quite unfortunate that it wasn’t cleaned, though it would take them a short time. The effort was not there at all. Besides that, everything else was sublime

Property was awesome. The hotel is very big being that it is on a 18 hole golf course. Like how it has its own private beach and shuttles to anywhere on the property.

They need to improve the quality of service
It was no so good. There are a lot of issues with this place. The problem is it’s very big with lots of guests and they don’t provide a service for this amount of people. We were told that somebody from the hotel was going to meet us at the port on the mail land. It never happened. We had to pay the fee for ferry, tuk-tuk, the porters on both sides . We couldn’t get breakfast because of the amount of the people and only two restaurants. Not enough food and the hours are regular not extended for all the guests to get food. Not enough cars on the property. We were late for the new year party and for the transfer on the way back. There are no black put curtains in the rooms. The light comes straight to you eyes at 5am. The private beach is closed at 6pm Two pools are closed for maintenance. The AC in the room doesn’t change the degrees and blows on the bed under. We got sick! Some rude personnel at the front desk, throwing the receiver. The spa is booked for days and had to get massages outside the resort. We had to spend one day doing the repaired on the room (the windows and balcony door was so old that they were making a load noise because of the wind. The prices in the restaurant are very expensive. Three shrimp cost almost 1000 pesos.

So much transportation going in and out of the property. The staff were excellent and friendly. There was only 1 pool that appears to be clean. The room was decent. My room was upgraded as VIP but I felt like I was put in the corner because it was a bit far from the main lobby, getting breakfast in the morning was a bit task travelling with the kids. Otherwise the property was big, breakfast was great(did not have stomach issues) and the staff makes this Hotel stand out compared to other hotels.
