Amazing beds, great location! Spanish restaurant opposite is awesome! More staff required for breafast service, food cold, egg chef sunday was rude purely due to the amount of orders in.. tables uncleared, sausages raw.. unfortunate we had it included in our accommodation and was apparently unable to have it removed so we had to experience it at all.. We booked into the Park Royal at the last minute needing to be in easy access to Westmead. Our stay was excellent. The hotel was quiet, it was in easy access of some great dining options. The breakfast was fantastic and staff were so helpful throughout.

The elevators were extremely slow. One wasn’t working. The football was on so there were heaps of guests. We had to line up for the lifts. The car park has just under 2m clearance so some cars probably wouldn’t fit. The bed was huge! Room was nice and a good size. Room service coffee was slow and average. Room got fixed up during stay but they didn’t restock milk for coffee. Staff were friendly. Price a bit expensive for what it is. Would stay again if I need too.

Check staff was absolutely lovely, extreme heat provided us with water and birthday celebrations offered a cheese platter and was able to check in early. Will happily go back. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, it was a rather noisy experience due to ongoing construction. The drilling began early in the morning and the noise level was so high we had to cover our ears, making it impossible to enjoy any sense of peace during what was meant to be a relaxing holiday stay. While there was a notice posted in the lift, there wasn’t enough prior communication before our arrival, leaving us unprepared for the disruption. In my view, this situation was particularly challenging for families with kids, as the excessive noise could have made it difficult for children to sleep, relax, or fully enjoy their stay. The hotel really should have anticipated the impact this would have on guests and provided better solutions or alternatives. The site manager also should have implemented a noise reduction plan to lower the sound level and minimise the disturbance for guests. To be fair, we understand that construction work is necessary, but scheduling such disruptive activities during the holiday period was poorly thought out. This kind of disturbance is far from what we expected, and it's certainly not something we’d want to experience again. This could have been a great stay, but the construction noise, lack of foresight, and insufficient planning really overshadowed everything else. We hope the management and site team take steps to communicate better with guests and implement effective noise management strategies in the future.
