The rooms were nice and decent, and the location was near the river. However, they were renovating rooms nearby, which were very loud during the day and dusty at night. The light in the area by the lift did not work at night. If I had known there was renovation happening, I would have chosen another place. Out of the three lifts, I don't think all were in operation, so going up and down took a long time during peak times.

I paid extra for a King suite, but the bed was a queen size. When I spoke to reception that there may have been a mistake, they told me that was what they called a king bed. They can’t just change the definition of a king bed! I spoke to a manager at check out who said their boss would contact me, and still no contact. Fobbed off and terrible customer service. Hotel is clean, but beware of upgrading. It’s a scam.

Staff were so lovely and exceptionally helpful especially the young lady that booked us in. Room was beautiful, breakfast is next level awesome!! We initially booked as it’s walking distance to Commbank Stadium so happy we stayed here!

Couldn’t fault anything about the hotel. The staff were amazing, from check in to room service, all amazing. At check in we were offered a free rollout bed for my daughter who was going to sleep in the king bed with us as the hotel was fully booked. We also received breakfast for an extra $23 for all three of us. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Ideal location close to train station. We went to a concert at Accor Stadium Olympic Park, the Parramatta train station is in walking distance and the train went direct to Accor Stadium. Perfect! We will stay here again.

First room booked into was the side getting renovated. The noise was intolerable, felt like someone was drilling into the room. After complaining we did get shifted to a nice room but the checking in and lining up again to complain and moving wasted a couple of hours of our day. Wish they had just done that in first place as then review would have been great.

Good location but in need of a refresh
It was ok stay. The room is good sized but the bathroom is terrible. There’s a fixed shower head covered in limescale and there was no hair conditioner. The bathroom was hard to keep dry as the old shower head was splashing water all over the place. Breakfast was average. Not much of a selection. In room dining requires a $5 delivery fee so give that a miss and buy from the shops around. Lots of restaurant choices.
