Hotel reception staff were very helpful. It is 5min to train staion and closer to grade canal ferries. It took me a little bit to find it but that is more about venice and the streets. Room was not overly large but again not unexpected.

Funny smell in the first room smelt and felt very damp so this staff kindly moved us. The other room was very dark with only a small window. Great location, could do with a refurb

Bed and breakfast good. Staff helpful with booking tickets to Venice theatre. The room was too hot at night and the air conditioner would not operate to cool the room. Enough room for two teenagers on single beds and two adults in one quad room.p
