This was convenient and the shuttle was helpful. The staff was great and they gave an excellent recommendation to a Mexican restaurant that was within walking distance. The only thing that would have been better would have been a better price!

Over all hotel was nice but I booked the hotel because of the shuttle and breakfast services. I was not told at check in I need to sign up for shuttle service only that they will come every 30 mins I arrived in lobby at 4:30 and the shuttle was gone. Also I was not made aware that the breakfast was 6:30 when I called over the phone prior too. Nice place clean rooms nice staff but unorganized and not clear.

Loved the transportation to and from the airport, we were able to leave our luggage in the hotel until we got our car rental later in the day. Because of the above, we would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Modern clean hotel, not as quiet as hoped
Newly built hotel, modern and clean rooms; slightly small, but great pricing compared to the city. Unfortunately my room was quite noisy -- I could hear upstairs guests walking around early in the morning, and on my last night, I got unwanted early morning phone calls (5am) -- these seemed to be from a broken/buggy automated wake-up system (when I picked up I just heard an error message, but I hadn't requested a call).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avid. Every staff member I talked to or dealt with was extremely nice and informative. The free breakfast to go was a great addition, along with the shuttle to and from the airport. The only reason I couldn't rate excellent wasn't their fault. We had people in a room above us that were VERY heavy footed, stomping around at 6:45am in the morning waking me up. So unfortunately I'm lacking sleep and tired. But other than that, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. I'm just sad I wasn't able to see my friend that I met at the beginning of the week before we had to take off at 11am today. Forgot to ask her for her last name, Janette, but she was like a sister from a different mister, lol! Wanted to keep in touch, but oh well. We will definitely come back! 😁
