This hotel was very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Our room faced the street out front and it was very noisy. The breakfast was a basic continental breakfast but it was good and had a good variety.

I asked for a wake-up call for 4:30 AM that came through at 3:30 AM, which woke me up from a deep sleep. When I asked for it to be re-booked, the front desk said they would do that but didn’t. If I hadn’t had my own back-up alarm, I would have missed my flight. The common areas weren’t especially clean - perhaps from setting dirty throughout the day - and the seal on the door to my room needed repair. Otherwise, it was fine; check-in was efficient and the room itself was clean enough.

I loved that it was affordable with airport transportation and free breakfast and also like a 3-5 min walk to bus stops to be able to go to Salem and downtown! Very convenient!

The walls are paper thin. We could not sleep for days because the people above us stomped around dragged items across the floor and dropped things all night long. Then we could hear the cleaning staff cleaning every day

The staff was very helpful and great when checking in. It was nice to be close to the heart of Boston, but far enough away from the major traffic. The price of the hotel was great deal compared to other locations in the same area

The property is well kept staff are friendly. Stayed for one night so not familiar with the area, easy to get to the airport. Can hear any loud vehicles on the highway ( Bikes, cars with loud exhaust ), and if anyone is noisy in next room you can hear it. Over-all I enjoyed my stay and would stay again!
