I was delighted by its offer of board games in the lobby - great for my family - and its proximity to an amazing restaurant. It is attached directly to a delicious spot called Sam Walker’s American Tavern. There was something on the menu for all of us, no small feat for a group with a meat-driven athlete, a vegetarian, and a very particular 7-year-old.

The pool has been closed for a long time
Hi went to visit with a group of friends and children. Was very disappointed to find out when we first checked in, the pools closed. I should have read the reviews for the false advertising of an indoor pool because apparently it’s been like that for a very very long time. Best western should take the pool off their website as an amenity because that’s false advertising. Wish I would’ve known before hand, as we would’ve definitely booked a different hotel with a pool. My advice is call the hotel to see if the pool is open before you book the room. But other than that food was okay, and beds and linens were very comfortable and clean. Cleaning lady cleaned our room everyday, which was nice.

The only reason giving it 4 stars is beqcuase pool was out of service. Other than that it was great! Wonderful location. Yummy brrakfasy. Great staff. Jose was so friendly and warm!

The faculty provides everything that a customer could need. Full breakfast, restaurant attached, computer area and very clean Our two downsides were that the pool was out of service and the showerhead pressure was very weak.

Pool was down for our entire stay, not their fault but there should be some kind of email warning sent out ot those who are scheduled to stay there prior to walking up to the front desk. Very disappointing to say the least. We drove 2 days with a couple of kids to stay at a place witha pool for 3 nights. Staff were excellent, room was good, restaurant beside the hotel was really good.

In town for Fenway
We were in town for a concert at Fenway. This was a budget friendly option, unlike accommodations closer to the park. There are restaurants fairly close by, but for everything else we had to drive. We were 20 to 30 minutes from any place we wanted to visit, and don’t mind driving so it wasn’t a big deal. Pool was down, as two adults this didn’t bother us, but if we were travelling with our kids, it would have been an issue. Hotel is clean, parking is free which I always appreciate. It was quiet at night. Overall we were happy with our stay.
